• Applications: When you apply for support, we collect the contact, service, and health-related information you provide so our team can review your application and connect you to appropriate care.
• Donations: Donations are processed by Givebutter. We receive donor contact and donation details; payment card information is handled securely by our payment processor, not stored by us.
• Contact & newsletter: If you message us or subscribe, we collect your name and email to respond and to send updates.

How we use your information

• To review applications and connect veterans to treatment and support.
• To process and acknowledge donations.
• To respond to inquiries and, with your consent, send updates about our work.

How we protect it

We treat application and health-related information as confidential and limit access to authorized team members. We use reputable third-party services (such as Givebutter for donations and Microsoft 365 for applications and email) that maintain their own security safeguards.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver our services (for example, coordinating your care with a vetted partner treatment center), or where required by law.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you may request that we access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
